Community Events
We have a lively campus with a broad range of events each month. These include potlucks, brunches, and many restaurant outings where our driver takes everyone on the bus. We also communicate to our residents through regular campus meetings, yearly audit meetings, and an elected resident council.
The Social Center at Maple Lawn Homes
The Social Center hosts many of the on campus events. This 5,000 square foot, two story building had its first floor renovated in 2023 and is scheduled for a second story renovation in 2026. From card clubs to brunches, the Social Center is the center of activity on the Maple Lawn campus. Residents can also reserve the Social Center for personal use at no cost to them.
Transportation Program
In addition to on campus activities, residents can participate in off campus activities through our easy entry van. After signing up for a shopping trip or eating out, the van picks you up at your home, takes you to the destination(s), and brings you home. The van has an easy entry ramp to make accessibility easier and also takes residents on weekly shopping trips in Eureka.
For residents who need transportation to doctor's appointments, our drivers come and pick you up in our doctor transport car and take you to appointments. These transportation programs are included in the monthly service fee.
